Administrative Secretariat

The Commission has an Administrative Secretariat, whose mission is to provide all necessary conditions for its operation. This entity is run by a Secretary who acts as a certifying officer regarding the performances, deliberations and agreements, representing the Commission in and out of court.

The CCR has a regulation that governs the operation and staff of the Administrative Secretariat (Regulation).
