Members

The CCR is made up of one representative of the Superintendence of Pensions (SP), Superintendence of Banks and Financial Institutions (currently Financial Market Commission - CMF), Superintendence of Securities and Insurances (currently Financial Market Commission - CMF) and four representatives nominated by the Pension Funds Managing Companies (AFP’s). The latter have a two-year period and said representatives must meet the requirements to be directors of corporations and must not be related to any AFP. Each of the aforementioned representatives has a substitute who, in case of absence or inability to act, will fully substitute them.

The President and Vice President are elected by simple majority and for a one year period with the possibility of re-election.

Mrs. Francisca Castro Mrs. Francisca Castro She is an Economist, graduated from the Universidad de Chile. She currently serves as Independent Consultant and member of the Board of Directors of several private Companies. She has been a Substitute Member of the CCR representing the Pension Funds Administrators since January 2017 and a Regular Member of it since July 2020.	AFP's Representative

Mr. Sergio Aratangy Mr. Sergio Aratangy Economist from the University of Sao Paulo. Master in Applied Economics from the Universidad de Chile. He currently serves as Head of Financial Division, at the Chilean Pensions Supervisor. He has been a Regular Member of the CCR, representing the Chilean Pensions Supervisor since August 2018. Mr. César Jiménez Mr. César Jiménez He is a Business Administrator, graduated from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile. He currently serves as Head of Financial Analysis and Limit Controls Division at the Financial Market Commission. Mr. Eduardo Ochoa Mr. Eduardo Ochoa He is an Auditor from Manpower Professional Institute; Business Administrator graduated from the Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana and obtained Diplomas in Macroeconomics from Universidad de Chile and in Philosophy and Contemporary Philosophy from Universidad Alberto Hurtado. He currently serves as Senior Analyst of External Auditors Control Division and Risk Rating Agencies at the Commission for the Financial Market. Mr. Roberto Fuentes Mr. Roberto Fuentes He is a Business Administrator, graduated from the Universidad de Santiago; Magister in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Diploma in Actuarial Engineering from the Escuela de Seguros de Chile. He currently serves as Research Manager of the Chilean Pension Fund Administrators’ Association and Speaker about the Chilean Pension Industry in several Seminars in Chile and abroad. Mr. José Tessada Mr. José Tessada He is a Business Administrator graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile; M.A. in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Ph.D. in Economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He currently serves as Director of the UC School of Management, Associate Professor of the UC School of Management and member of the Board of Directors of the UC Center for Corporate Governance. Mr. Erwin Hansen Mr. Erwin Hansen He is a Business Administrator graduated from the Universidad de Chile, Master in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, USA and Ph.D. in Finance, University of Manchester, United Kingdom. He currently works as Associate Professor, Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business of Universidad de Chile. He is Director of the Master in Finance (full-time), Member of the Academic Committee of the Doctorate in Business Administration and Member of the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Univerdidad de Chile.
