Types of Instruments Approved

The following types of instruments and counterparties are currently approved by the CCR:

  • Shares of open-end funds (Mutual Funds).
  • Shares of closed-end funds (Investment Funds).
  • Counterparties to operations with derivative instruments.

Instruments Approved

Investment Funds with its corresponding Management Company, whose shares are currently approved by the CCR. (Spanish version)

Domestic counterparties approved for the purpose of operations with derivative instruments under letter l) of Article 45 of Decree Law Nº 3,500 of 1980. (Spanish version)
